   To President Hu Jintao, Premier Wen Jiabao and the government of China,
   

   
   The God of all heavens and earth has given to me to write to you and your government.
   
   
   Thus saith the Almighty God Who created all the heavens and the earth and gives even you to live this very day: I am commanding you and your government to stop all these beatings, persecutions, and murdering of My Christian followers who are not joined to your state-controlled churches. I have heard the cries of these poor Christians unto I, their true living God Almighty.
   
   
   So I have started to send plagues upon your people such as this Bird Flu virus and there is worse to come, some named, and some not named as of yet.
   
   
   I am warning you and your government to stop all this you are doing against My Christian followers who are not of your state-controlled churches, or you shall not see mere hundreds to die from these plagues I am starting to send upon your people, but you shall see millions upon millions in villages and cities to suddenly drop dead as My wrath shall fall upon your people. It's all up to you and your government to stay these plagues.
   
   
   A time ago in 1987 I was led to write a message to then Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Gorbachev and it stated, 'Thus saith the Almighty God, Creator of Heaven and Earth' and it stated, 'I want you and your government to allow any Israelite person living in Russia to be able to go free', and at that time they would not. Well, it took more letters stating that if they did not allow these Israelites to leave Russia that judgement would start. Well, there were two earthquakes and a terrible disaster where many people were killed of which Mikhail Gorbachev saw with his own eyes, and he called for a day of mourning in Russia.
   
   
   But the last letter I was given to send him stated that if you, Mikhail Gorbachev, do not soon allow these Israelite people to go free, I will then cause the greatest disaster this earth has ever seen in Russia. Then I may replace you with a man who will obey My commands of him. Well, Mikhail Gorbachev got the message and five thousand Israelite people were allowed to go free from Russia each month.
   
   
   Well, Mr. President Hu Jintao and Mr. Premier Wen Jiabao of the Republic of China, both of you and your government have this ultimatum before you: Let all these Christian followers of Mine to leave jails and prisons where they are held and stop all this beating of them and persecution and even murdering of them, or both of you, President and Premier of China, you and your government will see what Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Gorbachev missed by obeying My commands of him and his government. Disobedience will cause you, President Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao, to see millions upon millions to die all over China, and their blood will be upon your hands.
