中国的交通弊端很多,当然有许多也是世界各国的通病.我今天说的也许就是废话,因为这个问题在交通里很突出,但好象没有人提出,或许有好多人提出,但不知为何到今天还是如此.
   
    我们的国家号称是自行车大国,每天看着上下班滚滚的自行车大军,深感此话的含义.同时中国交通事故也排列第一.去年世界交通事故死亡人数约50万,其中,中国交通事故死亡人数10.4万人.而且仍然处于上升阶段.这些事故不知道造成了多少家庭的破碎,这个代价是惨痛的.由此我也不得不废言几句.
   
    司机都怕的一件事情是,晚上行车突然斜插出一个黑糊糊的东西.其实,这一般是骑自行车的行人,开电动三轮拉客的黑车,还有就是农用车.我不明白为何它们都"黑"?加个反光板不就可以使司机在远处就可以提前看到吗?这个问题我希望中国的交通部门应该管管了.因为这个涉及到千家万户的利益,利国利民的好事.问题的解决首先,应该从自行车厂家抓起,安全的实验一下反光板,装到哪里合适,而且不容易掉.其次,抓下二手车市场,没有反光板的不要它卖给客户.再次,就是我们的交管部门,及城管部门加大打击黑车市场,另外制定统一的法规,规定自行车,农用三轮车,小型客户两用车,残疾人用车等上路必须加反光板.同时,交管部门可以在晚上夜查,让我们每个公民都知道,我们有这样一个可以保护我们每个公民的交通法条规,使每个人形成自我的意识观念.
