1995年11月1日协会船舶租赁设备定期保险条款
   (Institute Time Clauses Hulls-Leased Equipment Clause)
   
   This insurance is extended to cover loss of or damage to equipment and apparatus and owned by the Assured but installed for use on the Vessel and for which the Assured has assumed contractual liability, whether such equipment or apparatus be in the nature of aids to navigation or communication or otherwise and where such loss or damage is caused by a peril insured under this insurance, subject in all other respects to its terms, conditions and exclusions. In no event shall the liability of the Underwriters exceed the lesser of the contractual liability of the Assured for loss of or damage to such equipment or apparatus or its replacement value. All such equipment and apparatus shall be included in the insured value of the Vessel.
   本保险扩大承保不属于被保险人所有但船上安装使用且被保险人承担合同责任的设备和装置的灭失或损害，无论此种设备或装置性质上属助航或通讯或其他用途，且此种灭失或损害是因本保险承保危险引起的，并在其他各方面受本保险的条款、条件和除外责任制约。在任何情况下，保险人的责任，不超过被保险人对此种租赁设备或装置的灭失或损害或其替换价值的合同责任。所有此种设备和装置应包括在船舶保险价值内。
