中共才是真正的邪教----中共血腥残暴迫害法轮功的根源

   宗教文明是人类文明最重要的组成部分之一

   南郭点评：中共自1999年7月疯狂非法镇压法轮功以来，采取其历史上一以贯之的欺骗愚民封杀术，歪曲掩盖其非法血腥暴行，人为制造了一场当代中国最为严重的群体人权灾难。由于法轮功信众不屈不挠，坚忍不拔地和平抗暴讲真相，中共流氓本质被彻底揭露，国际主流社会也日益关注法轮功人权灾难。在国际权威法学专业杂志上以法轮功为专题的英文研究论文至少已有8篇，而论及法轮功的法学论文已达256篇；另据北京大学科学与社会研究中心教授任定成称：“最重要平台是多学科的国际学术刊物。特别是医疗专业学术刊物涉及法轮功的有22份。文献有70篇，涉及18个领域。很不乐观的是，在这重要的平台和这次会议到会的很多学者（指海内外攻击法轮功的所谓专家学者）的观点，并不尽相同。 ”尽管他还称：“这些文章我觉得都出现了四类事实或者证据方面的错误”。 但他列举的主要错误 “无中生有，美国权威器官移植学术刊物，断言“苏家屯事件：把法轮功的修练者的器官收购，早就被美国官方驻中国的外交机构，经实地考察没有这样的事情。及捏造中国虐待信徒认为中国很大范围内对法轮功修练者进行精神病学虐待”，恰恰是货真价实的中共血腥残暴迫害法轮功的事实！至于在非专业领域有关法轮功的评论至少在35000篇以上；法轮功不但建立了自已的电视，无线电广播，全球性多语种报纸，杂志，而且在全球网络世界设立了近6000个网站。实际上，法轮功在国际层面与中共专制暴政展开了一场立体式全方位的真善忍与假恶暴的决战。

   江泽民叫嚣要在“三个月内消灭法轮功”！“我就不信共产党斗不过迷信的法轮功“。足证中共当权者几乎全是无知的宗教盲，根本不知道真诚信仰的神奇伟大的力量。中共盗国窃政60年来随心所欲迫害任何对象，首次遇到法轮功使之大丢脸面，于是中共不但继续非法镇压而且日益升级以致疯狂残暴，因此有了“天安门伪火”案。。。大规模活体盗卖法轮功学员人体器官则是中共由气极败坏而丧心病狂的必然逻辑结果。此篇论文是西方法学研究人员的法轮功专论，相较中文世界对法轮功受到血腥镇压的真相披露更为全面具体，迄今仍在毫无根据地指责法轮功是“邪教”的国人应当醒了！

   其实中共才是货真价实的“邪教”。爱因斯坦指出："共产主义体制的一个优势在于它具有某些煽动起宗教的强烈情感的宗教性质"。[ One strength of the Communist system ... is that it has some of the characteristics of a religion and inspires the emotions of a religion.(Albert Einstein, Out Of My Later Years, 1950)]．德高望重的中国真正的大法官冯立奇教授2001年3月10日曾亲自到我在上海家中畅谈五个小时，他指出：＂马克思主义本质上 是一种宗教，因而中共容不得任何异议，不会允许任何不同的思想观念，中共仅需要听话的奴才，对有独立思想者历来视为敌人。他当时忠告我要多加小心，不要轻 易公开主张自已的思想观点，否则十分危险＂。

   英文 “Cult”并没有中文“邪教”之义．美国有1200余种宗教教派，其中绝大多数属于“Cult”和“Sect”，其真实含义乃异教而非中共胡弄国人之[邪教]。全世界目前至少有3000多种宗教派别，绝大多数属“Cult”和“Sect”。英文将基督教、伊斯兰、佛教及犹太教、印度教及地区性主流正宗宗教以外的其他所有教派都称做“Cult”和“Sect”。只有那些破坏性的“Cult”“Sect”如：人民圣殿教、大卫教、太阳教、上帝之门、奥姆真理教等极少数“Cult”“Sect”才与中文“邪教”含义近似。

   归纳上述公认的“邪教”至少有如下特征：鼓吹世界没日说、将成员与世隔离、强行反复洗脑、主张多妻制教主性关系混乱而成员性关系则严格控制、索取成员大量财产、鼓吹集体自杀、为教理可以杀人及教主自称耶苏再世等。中共强加给法轮功，中功，香功及十余个基督教家庭教会的所谓“邪教”没有一个符合上述八大特征。充其量仅符合异教的概念，而信仰异教完全属于宗教信仰自由范畴。

   中共除了未鼓吹世界没日及毛邓江胡未自封耶苏再世之外，其余各项皆非常符合邪教标准。文革中全中国被中共逼迫自杀者至少数十万计，如今在“双规”中亦有不少中共官员被迫自杀；中共撑权以来以[革命][人民]等名义杀人则以数千万计！中共通过土改先在村中剥夺了地主富农的财产，后通过三大改造剥夺了资本家和小本经营者的财产，最后又通过官僚特权太子秘书党以“让一部人先富起来”为借口，将绝大多数国有资产抢劫一空变成了一小撮当权党棍家族的私有财产！ 全国各地抢劫般的强制拆迁及强买农民土地之所以越演越烈，是因为可供特权官僚与奸商恶吏合作抢劫暴富的资源唯剩城市昂贵的房地产与乡村之农民集体所有的土地。因此中共实质上通过暴力谎言恐怖手段完成了从“流氓无产阶级到流氓资产阶级”的演变；毛泽东私生活之混乱已是铁证如山，但毛时代对国人连正当的夫妻性爱生活都强制干预，如今中共则故意引导国人性泛烂登峰造级旨在陷国人于肉欲色欲之中而不问政治权利，故今日中共官场各层级官员及社会各行各业各色人等之性腐烂早已成公害；中共对全体国民强制愚民洗脑从未间断，只不过如今业已日益精致化而已。因此中共才是如假包换的真正的“邪教”！

   Bloody Persecution： Plight of the Falun Gong

    I. Rise and Fall of the Falun Gong

    A. Introduction

    Religious persecution in China has become a profitable governmental endeavor and must immediately cease. Falun Gong ("FG") is a subsection of Qigong, the predominant religion of China, which is similar to Buddhism. Evidence confirms that practitioners of FG have been abused, raped, beaten, tortured, and murdered for refusing to renounce their practices. Reports of organ harvesting of live FG practitioners are on the rise, notably the Kilgour-Matas Report. China has signed, but has yet to ratify the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights. In addition, it has grossly breached the provisions against freedom of religion, freedom of speech , and freedom from abuse and torture.

    The Ministry of Civil Affairs outlawed FG because they feared it advocated superstitions and could jeopardize social [hereinafter Revised Report] available at stability. Since the FG subsection was deemed illegal in 1999, the government has been heinously torturing practitioners for refusing to recant their beliefs. The world has been slow to react and halt this ongoing persecution. People from countries around the world must stop going to China for organ transplants. They must stop fearing that pressuring the Chinese to end the abuse will sour trade relations, or that there could be repercussions with the 2008 Olympics.

    B. History

    In 1992, Li Hongzhi initiated the Falun Gong practice. His teachings emphasize truth-benevolence-compassion. All one must do to practice FG is to read Master Li's teachings and perform the accompanying meditative exercises. Many countries classify the FG as a religious or spiritual group, although the FG do not consider themselves a religious or political group. "We do not have various provisions that people follow, as a religion, nor do we have any temples, churches, or religious rituals. People can come and go learn, or leave as they please," said Master Li. Beijing puts the tally of FG followers at 70 million. Practitioners do not dispute these numbers; there is just no way of knowing, since there is no central membership list, how many FG practitioners exist. Further, FG practitioners in China are either in detention centers or keep their practice a secret.

    FG diverged from other Qigong groups, because Master Li focused his teachings on philosophies in addition to exercise. FG was one of the most popular forms of Qigong before it became illegal. In 1999, Dr. He Zuoxi, member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, wrote an article discussing the "false qigong". He used the FG as a prime example stating that the practice was detrimental to youths. In response, on April 25, 1999, an estimated 15,000-30,000 FG practitioners held peaceful protests in three cities: Tianjin, Dalian, Xi'an. They protested peacefully outside of Zhongnanhai(letter appeal center), the Government's central headquarters in Beijing, insisting on official recognition of their constitutional rights to free speech, press, and assembly.

    In July 20 of 1999, the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), Ministry of Civil Affairs, declared the FG an illegal organization and an arrest warrant was issued for Li Hongzhi. Many FG practitioners were thrown into "Re-education through Labor" ("RTL"), which is a form of government detention forced upon citizens without charge, trial, or judicial review. Hundreds of thousands of people are believed to be in these facilities, although they are not regarded as prisoners. China viewed the FG as a threat that could disrupt the authority of the PRC, and the ability to maintain social order due to the vastly growing number of practitioners. Yet, the U.S. and other countries classify the FG as a peaceful and nonviolent form of personal belief and practice.
