   I just came back from a trip, sorry for the late response. Thank you for taking the time providing two versions of 忆宁梅 under this difficult circumstance, you shouldn’t have.
   
   Yeah, 归去来兮 is NOT real, I feel you. Can you afford spending more time with your外婆, to cherish 她 , 抱着她, 亲着她, 不停地安慰她, 让她放心you会让她的病治好的?

   It is not the time to忆宁梅, not yet at least. You have a job to do. You need to figure out a way to allow her to go with dignity, NO PAIN.
   
   You would never know, but miracle does exist. Let me share with you how my father went, with dignity. He was diagnosed of having the last-stage pancreatic cancer. The doctor could not guarantee he would not suffer severe pain despite USA had the best pain-killer drugs around the whole world. Irregardless, I was determined to having my Dad go gracefully. We even reached to a point that a pistol was by the side ready, either for him to do it himself or for me to implement it if he ever got physically too weak to do it, when pain becoming intolerable. During the last few weeks of his life, suddenly the artificial blood vessel implanted on his left arm for 肾dialysis purpose became clogged and required an immediate surgery to replace with a new one. The kidney doctor, a she angel doctor, witnessed our determination and guided us a way to reach that goal. She was risking her job and a jail sentence by making this illegal suggestion to me without her even being asked for: Don’t do the surgery and my Dad would go due to blood poison, NO PAIN. I owe that lady angel doctor for the rest of my life.
   
   I guess this Soratenib Tosylate Tablets you mentioned must be some kind of pain-killer. The problem is there is no way for me to get them from here for your外婆 due to not having a required doctor prescription as mandated by US law. What I am trying to say here is I would like to know how expensive this 極貴的德國藥 is. As long as they are within our reach, you have an old brother here to back you up if you ever need a subsidy. Just let me know.
   
   A question: is this Soratenib Tosylate Tablet the best around? Any other more potent ones available out there? I would suggest you enlist your wife or some pain management doctors in Tokyo to do some research around to find the strongest and most effective pain-killer available.
   
   In addition to seeking the best pain-killer, I feel it may work best for you to find a way to spend more time with your precious外婆 now, but please make sure it would not cost you losing your job with your clients/employer. Nothing can replace your dear 外婆. What is more precious than a 外婆 in this world? The fact of life is we are all next in line to go too. Again, please just let me know what I can do to make it feasible.
   
   Be strong. Guarding angels will be with your外婆, so long as you are capable of pulling yourself together in one piece, all the way through her final moment.
   
   Stay focused on getting this first job done. You will then be able to confront and accept this God Damn final moment.
   
   Your next job is to stay happy and healthy, whatever it would take. That is what you are expected of by your loving wife and beautiful kids. Life is NOT easy for an accountable man. Be proud of yourself being a responsible man and grandson. I am.
