Hugo:全盤美國憲政化(American constitutionalism)
   
   也許有人會問，在後共產時代，東亞大陸人應該走什麼樣的政治道路？
   
   要成功地回答這個問題之前，必須先徹底了解「‘Jesus’s spirit and gospel’、‘All man are created equal’、‘Individualism、Liberalism、Humanity revolution、Natural rights、Human rights’、‘People’s sovereignty、Popular sovereignty、The social contract’、‘People have the right to self-determination’、‘Human rights take precedence over sovereignty、‘Constitution of the United States of America’、‘The foundations of American Constitutionalism’、‘American political thought and American Constitutionalism’、‘How Democratic is the American Constitution? ’、‘The basis of the principle of human rights of the American Constitution’、‘Ideological Origins of American Constitutionalism’、‘The influence of Puritanism and Lockean philosophy on American Constitutionalism’、‘The influence of Christian ethics on American Constitution and Bill of Rights’、‘The influence of the Declaration of Independence on the American Constitution and Bill of Rights’、‘American Charters of fundamental law’、‘American township spirit and township meeting’、‘Against the majority tyranny’、‘American Constitutionalism and the separation of powers’、‘The three-power Constitution is basic on a government of separated institutions sharing power, including the executive power、the legislative power、the judiciary power ’(英國的洛克、法國的孟德斯鳩、美國的麥迪遜、漢密爾頓等人所提出的三權分立主張)、‘Laissez-faire capitalism’、‘Small government and Small country’、‘全盤英文化’等的理念！」

   
   「東亞大陸人應該用美國‘The Mayflower Compact’、‘The Virginia Declaration of Rights’、‘The Declaration of Independence’等的理念，推翻共產黨的專制政權；在後共產時代，各地區的人應該以‘U.S. 50 State Constitutions’、‘The Constitution of the United States of America’、‘The United States Bill of Rights’(It consists of the first 10 Amendments to the United States Constitution)等為依據，建立新的國家與推動‘The United States of Asia’(U.S.A.)，這不就是東亞大陸人應該走的政治道路？」
   
   「在美國憲政理念的影響下，日本與德國分別成為世界第二與第三經濟富裕之國；這樣清楚的明證與實例，難到東亞大陸人不能深刻地理解嗎？東亞大陸人，為了追求真正的‘Democracy、Freedom、Equality、Nomocracy、Human rights、Joy、Happiness、Blessedness、Peace’等價值，能不考慮全盤美國憲政化？能不接受這人類最偉大的智慧與道德的抉擇嗎？」
