惊悉中国著名致力于军队国家化和维权活动的网络作家吕耿松先生24日被中共当局刑事逮捕，中华（联邦）合众国筹备委员会不能不给您们写这封信，强烈希望您们高度关注这件事的进展，强烈希望您们向共产中国政府呼吁释放吕耿松先生！
二、吕耿松先生基本情况：
吕耿松，浙江省杭州市人。1983年：毕业于杭州大学历史系（现为浙江大学历史系）。 曾在浙江高等公安专科学校任教，后因从事民运于1993年被开除公职。 现为自由撰稿人。著有《中共贪官污吏》一书（香港文化艺苑工作室2000年出版）。主要文章有：《一、二、三、四论军队国家化》、《中国最大的特务组织—— 政法委》 、《建立公民弹劾制度》、《建立刑事连带责任制度》、《买官、骗官与官杀官》、《论当代中国黑社会的社会基础》、以及《当代中国黑社会的主要类型》等等。近期做了大量的维权工作，23号，他还报导了杭州拆迁户杨云彪被审判的消息……
三、抓捕吕耿松先生的主要背景：
1、2008年北京国际奥运会已经进入倒计时；
2、中共即将召开第17次全国代表大会。
四、抓捕吕耿松先生的主要原因：
1、由于吕耿松先生一直坚持军队国家化，连续发表了1－4论军队国家化的文章，而中共中央最近连发5个文件，强调要坚持共产党对军队的绝对领导即确保军队始终成为中共一党专制的工具，使中国走上新型的社会法西斯军国主义的道路！
2、由于吕耿松先生撰写了《中国最大的特务组织—— 政法委》，积极参与当地维权活动，为农民办事说话，得罪了当地权贵；
3、北京奥运进入倒计时，中共不是履行"为了开办奥运，保证人权、保证新闻自由"的承诺，而是恰恰相反，进一步收紧网络舆论，扼杀言论自由！
五、国际奥委会和美国政府应当出面要求中共政府释放吕耿松
——由于以上背景和原因，中华（联邦）合众国筹备委员会强烈希望国际奥委会关注吕耿松先生被中共刑事逮捕事态的发展！如果北京奥运会的召开，将使很多中国人失去自由，将使中国言论自由人权状况进一步恶化，国际社会应当慎重考虑北京举办奥运会的意义和价值！同时尤其要提醒美国政府注意：实行了新型的社会法西斯军国主义的中国，对美国意味着什么？
国际奥委会应当根据中国政府有关在北京举办2008年奥运会的承诺，要求中国政府认真改善中国人权状况，释放吕耿松先生！
在中共第17次代表大会前夕，中共一方面组织对所谓敌对势力尤其是对认为会威胁到他的专制独裁统治的人物进行造谣污蔑围攻，一方面对国内坚决反对其专制独裁统治的著文触及要害的异议人士，直接诉诸暴力手段，假司法名义加以镇压。希望美国政府珍视吕耿松先生促进中国军队国家化的努力，深刻认识到中国军队国家化不仅是推进中国民主化的关键所在，而且是维护世界和平以及美国国家安全的重要保障，认真对待吕耿松先生被中共刑事拘捕一事，尽力要求中共政府释放吕耿松！
